A highly trained medical professional based in Brooklyn, New York, Daniel Ricciardi, MD, began preparing for his career as a student at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he earned a bachelor of science. Following this, he gained acceptance to St. George’s University and earned a doctor of medicine. Daniel Ricciardi, MD, continued his formal education with post-graduate training in conjunction with the Long Island College Hospital, where he fulfilled an internship and residency in internal medicine. He went on to complete a two-year fellowship in rheumatic diseases at the same institution. Fully qualified to treat patients with a variety of clinical presentations, Dr. Ricciardi maintains licensure to practice medicine in New Jersey and New York.
At present, Dr. Daniel Ricciardi uses his training to treat patients in a rheumatology and internal medicine private practice. Additionally, he serves as dean of clinical studies for the St. George’s University School of Medicine. He previously was the longest serving Medica Staff President
at The Long Island College Hospital.
